Payment must be received in full before I begin the work. Your slot will be secure after you've completed the payment. It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.

Payment is done through PayPal (BCA/Jenius for Indonesians; conversion rate is $1 = IDR 12.000).

There are no refunds unless for some reason I am unable to finish your commission.

The client is not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

Extra character prices are for characters in one canvas. Characters in separate canvases will be charged with the original price.

A design commission will cost extra (e.g. designing a character's appearance, clothes, or props).

Rushed commissions will cost extra (very short deadline---may vary depending on commission type.)

Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Please discuss with me me if you'd like to use your commission for commercial purposes. You will need to purchase a commercial license.

The client has no right to mint an NFT of their commission.

The client is not authorized to upload their commission onto any AI sites or to use their commission to train any AI/ML models.

The client is not authorized to edit, trace, modify, and/or claim the artwork as their own.

The client is not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

I’m allowed to post the artworks in social media and use them in my portfolio/samples unless the client requests otherwise. I am allowed to charge an NDA fee depending on how big the project is.

The client is allowed to post their commission on social media as long as they use the watermarked image and give proper credit to me.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Some examples of additional details: jewelry, horns/scales, creature companion, non-abstract/environmental backgrounds, complicated/detailed clothing, weapons, magic effects (feel free to ask if you're unsure what counts as an additional detail).

I try to update my samples to showcase my latest artwork, but please understand as my style is constantly evolving and improving, your commission might not have the exact style as the one you see in my samples.

If you are listed on my waitlist, but do not reply to me within 2 attempts of communication when I reach out to you to confirm your slot, your place on the waitlist will automatically be annulled. You may reach out to me again to ask to be placed back on the waitlist. (note: please remember my waitlist is non-committal. You don't need to pay a fee. You can cancel at any time, you don't need to give me a reason. Please just communicate it clearly and don't ghost me.)

A form will be given to the commissioner beforehand for details of the subject of the commission.

Please provide a clear reference for your character. A turnaround in neutral lighting is preferable to see all the character details.

The commissioner may request a preferable canvas size, otherwise I will work by default in a 350dpi A4 canvas and/or crop it as I see fit depending on the composition.

Commissions may take from 3 days to several weeks depending on complexity of artwork, queue, and real life factors. (I will update the queue on this website). Regarding work hours, I generally work 3-5 hours a day in order not to overexert or burn myself out. I take Saturdays and Sundays off to rest/do personal art.

I generally give updates on each stage of the artwork (rough sketch, rough colors, etc) but if the commissioner need frequent updates, please inform me in the beginning and we can establish a schedule (i.e. minimum of 1 update every week). However, please do not rush me or pester me once every two days (or worse) asking for progress or when it will be finished. This impedes my work and adds unnecessary pressure. If you want your commission to be the best quality it can be, you must understand that it will take time.

After agreement, please complete the payment to secure your slot.

I will provide a rough sketch for feedback and a max of 2 major revisions (pose, color scheme, lighting, etc)

After the rough sketch is approved, the commissioner may only request minor revisions. I will not accept any major revisions after this stage and I reserve the right to incur an additional fee if the client insists on getting a major revision.

I will send a low-res watermarked version of the finished artwork to the commissioner for final approval.

After final approval, I will send the high-res image via email or google drive.

The commissioner will receive a full sized PNG artwork with no watermark and a full sized JPG artwork with watermark. If you would like to post your commission to social media, please use the watermarked image!!
